JULIA MCMAHON – PHYSIOTHERAPIST & PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Born in NZ, Julia studied Physiotherapy at Kings College London, where she qualified in 2010.
Since then, she has worked for the NHS and within the private sector, with both in-patients and out-patients.
Julia is qualified in Mat work Pilates, levels 1-3, and prenatal & postnatal Pilates, and has been teaching for the last five years.
Julia uses acupuncture as an adjunct to her physiotherapy treatments for pain reduction in musculoskeletal problems.
AARON O’BRIEN – SPORTS REHABILITATION
Aaron O’Brien graduated in BSc Sports Rehabilitation, from St. Mary’s University, in 2015.
After graduating, Aaron joined a sports injury and biomechanics clinic where he furthered his knowledge of biomechanics and sports, specific return-to-play protocols.
Aaron offers injury assessment, treatment plans and sports massage, and in addition to clinic work, Aaron works alongside local rugby clubs, doing pitch side care, as well as local business calls, and home visits.

BALJIT BRAR – PODIATRIST
Baljit qualified in 1994 from the University of Central England in Birmingham with a BSc(Hons) in Podiatry.
She has worked in both the NHS and the private sector and has over 22 years experience.
She specialises in intensive treatments for stubborn verrucae, painful corns and nail surgery under anaesthetic as well as high risk diabetic patients and common foot ailments.
Baljit is also available for home visits upon request.
SARAH McCARRON – MASSAGE, REFLEXOLOGY & REIKI, PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Sarah graduated from St Mary’s University in 2004 with a BSc in Sports Science. She is a qualified Pilates, yoga and fitness instructor and is passionate about sports, fitness and wellbeing.
Sarah completed her level three massage therapy at St Mary’s University in 2012, and reflexology in 2014. She also holds qualifications in deep tissue/remedial massage and reiki. Sarah has since gone on to work in health clubs, fitness clubs, and holistic/healing centres.
AMY PRENTICE – YOGA INSTRUCTOR
With a background in dance and fitness, Amy looked to yoga as a way of furthering her strength and flexibility, she never imagined it to transfer off the mat into her everyday life.
Amy teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga, with creative flows and a sense of fun throughout. When you step onto your mat you will deepen your practice and develop your skills feeling balanced and energised.
