In our classes we combine styles of Yoga, focusing on Vinyasa and Hatha flow, with creative and intelligently sequenced flows, a focus on physicality and a sense of fun throughout. Whether it’s a slower or dynamic practice, Savasana always feels better when its earnt!

Class descriptions

Monday: Hatha

This class combines asana and pranayama, movement and breath. With a focus on alignment, we hold the pose for slightly longer, allowing us to get deeper in to the muscle and build an understanding of our bodies and what works for us as individuals. With some flows, this class is a gentler practice and a great place to start if you are new to Yoga or just need some time out.

Tuesday: Vinyasa Flow

Be ready to move and build some heat! This class combines breath and movement with carefully structured sequences and flows built around an anatomical theme. With a strong focus on physicality, we start to look at more challenging asanas such as arm balances and inversions, always with a sense of fun and an open mind. More experienced yogis and brave beginners welcome.
